What can change the price?
The biggest factors are roof shape (lean-to is simpler than a P-shape), tile choice (premium slate effect costs more than standard shingle), and roof windows (each Velux adds roughly £600–£900 fitted). Reinforcement to the existing frame, if needed, is included in the fixed quote so you'll never see a surprise charge.
